For many businesses, 5x10 support availability can address the majority of day-to-day needs, providing rapid resolution of issues and assisting with basic configuration and scripting requests.
Customers also receive access to software updates and KEMP’s online support resources including application templates, security notifications and community discussion forums.
While many customers elect to deploy a single LoadMaster appliance for non-critical services, a pair of LoadMasters can be used to provide high availability, ensuring service levels can be maintained even if one unit has to be returned to KEMP for repair under the terms of Basic Support.
